After initially putting the RFQ on Home Advisor, the office called me within 30 minutes to schedule someone coming out to see the job. Reuben came out to quote and gave me 2 solutions: fix the existing siding or buy a new piece. I asked … More for a new piece since it was only $100 more and I feared the existing piece was too damaged. Reuben spent a few hours trying to track down a similar piece of siding but apparently 5” aluminum siding is obsoleted! So he came back and fixed the existing piece instead. It looks great! Then I asked him to quote fixing a missing piece of downspout. The price was too good to pass up! It was a cold and rainy day and he had to go buy the supplies and when he got back it was dark but he completed the job that night! So quick, so courteous, very thorough, and great work! It was really refreshing to work with someone who takes customer service seriously and takes personal pride in their work. I highly recommend Panda! Especially because it was a small job and other companies wouldn’t even do it. -
