We're looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our roofing install crews. You don't need prior roofing experience — we will train you from the ground up. What we need is someone who shows up on time, works hard, and wants to build a real career.

• Install asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems
• Load, unload, and stage roofing materials on job sites
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Work as part of a professional, drug-free crew
• Maintain clean, organized job sites

• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Prior roofing experience is a plus — but not required

• Run pre-set homeowner appointments (we generate the leads)
• Perform roof inspections and present estimates
• Close roofing contracts and follow up with prospects
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and referral sources

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Prior sales experience preferred — roofing knowledge is a big plus

• Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from homeowners
• Schedule free estimates and follow up with leads in our CRM
• Coordinate communication between homeowners and field crews
• Update job statuses and keep records accurate
• Ensure every customer has an exceptional experience start to finish

• Friendly, professional phone and written communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things fall through the cracks
• Comfortable with CRM software (we'll train you on ours)
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Prior customer service or admin experience preferred

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on getting things done. You'll own the execution side of the business — coordinating crews, managing timelines, communicating with homeowners, and making sure every single job is delivered on time, on budget, and to the Panda Roof standard. • Manage roofing projects from signed contract through final inspection
• Coordinate install crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during their project
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Track job costs, timelines, and crew performance
• Identify and resolve issues before they become problems

• 3+ years of construction or roofing project management experience
• Strong leadership — crews respect you and homeowners trust you
• Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Experience with CRM and project scheduling software
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Must pass drug test and background check
